Airs of cantatas and Sonatas

PRESENTATION

The ambition of this record is to find, around a small instrumentarium, the magic of the timbre of children's voices in Bach's sacred cantatas, so dear to Harnoncourt and Leonhardt, and which participate in creating a very special emotion and color.

The recording techniques used now make it possible to reproduce these colors more faithfully and thus evoke those moments of grace and eloquence.
